Less than most people expect. We price our work for small and medium businesses, and the cost depends on what you need: a website, a POS system, an automation or a custom system. After a free consultation you get one clear, fixed quote. Many clients start with the one thing that hurts most and add more once it has paid for itself.
Is software really worth it for a small business?
Yes. Good software is not just another expense. It shows you whether you are making a profit or a loss, where your stock and money are going, and what is selling. With that information you make better decisions, and the time and losses it saves usually cover its cost quickly.
We are not good with computers. Will we manage?
Yes. We design everything to be simple and train you and your team before go-live. If your staff can use a smartphone, they can use our systems.
How long before we are actually using it?
A website is usually live in 2 to 4 weeks. A first working version of a business system takes 4 to 10 weeks, and you start using the earliest parts well before the whole thing is finished.
Do you work with businesses outside Kenya?
Yes. We work fully online, so we serve businesses across Kenya and in other countries. Calls, demos, training and support all happen remotely, while our main focus stays on helping Kenyan SMEs grow.
Do we own the software, or are we renting it forever?
For custom builds you own the software and your data outright. We can host, maintain and support it, but you are never locked in and there is no per-user licence that punishes you for hiring.
Can you fix a website or system someone else built?
Yes, that is a common request. We start with a short review, tell you honestly whether it is worth improving or rebuilding, and take over the hosting and maintenance either way.
